    Our team has developed a brand new help desk that makes it easier for you to get the help you need when you need it. This makeover provides a cleaner, more concise, and easier to use interface that consolidates all things Roll20 Support in one central location. While this new space is a work in progress, you can start taking advantage of some of its features right now!

    Need to put in a service request? You got it! It’s now faster and easier than ever to make common requests like asking general questions, getting help with account recovery, or reporting a bug. All you need to do is fill out the required information in our online form and BOOM, help will be on the way! You can also search for the topic you want to learn more about (such as “Roll20 Policy”) within this simple database.

    Other support functions will be added in the future such as Technical Support, API troubleshooting, FAQs and more - stay tuned!
