(For those curious, we will still have a presence at Gen Con, it just won’t be *everyone*.)

As such, this year we planned out a fully removed team retreat– next week our whole team will be hanging out in person instead of functioning remotely, 4/9 thru 4/12.

One goal is to *not* have to stare at our phones and laptops the whole week– so we’ll only be prioritizing service outages, harassment, or billing issues for immediate response. Everything else may take a bit longer than normal, similar to our [brief holiday hiatus](http://blog.roll20.net/post/168900332945/limited-holiday-support).

We hope to have some behind-the-scenes with us to share with the community after we’ve wrapped. It should be a rejuvenating pause from routine for the squad, and a good kick-off to a very busy summer with several big announcements.
