Ignore the people behind the curtain!

No, don’t actually, because they’re awesome as heck.

Come meet some of our new engineers, these wonderful people that help dice roll, shrink and rearrange token bars, keep our aesthetic fresh, and have big plans for Roll20.

Shawn: QA Engineer

Hello! I’m Shawn Conlin and I’m excited to have joined Roll20 as the new Quality Assurance Engineer. When I’m not testing or automating software, I dabble in 3D printing, modelling, and rendering. I am also a long time TTRPG and PC gamer. Recently, I started writing adventures for use with D&D 5e and currently run two bi-weekly games. Having been a Roll20 user for some time, I’m looking forward to helping bring enhancements to the platform and seeing what the next big change will be.

Will: UI/UX Engineer

Hello there! I’m Will. I have a passion for visual design, user research, and great user experiences. In my spare time I like playing video games, this includes RPGs, FPSs and anything within the casual category on steam. I also enjoy hiking, cooking, electronic dance music, and the performing arts.

Olivia: Junior Developer

Hi! I’m Olivia. I am first a cat lover, with 5 of my own, and I also love to play the violin - it’s been a passion of mine since a young age. Roll20 was my first experience with RPGs and now I know what all the fuss is about. I’m a huge fan of reading historical non-fiction and fiction, which helps me escape real life for a while!

Sam: Mobile Developer

Hello! I’m Sam the new mobile dev. I enjoy role-playing whether it be on a table top or on a stage as a long form improv performer. At any one given time I have way too many screens on my desk. Is it a problem if you can’t count them all on one hand?

We’re so excited to be working with all of them, and that they paused long enough to say hi.

Onward and upward!
